Five programmes. One aim: a real next step.

Each programme has its own focus. All of them are built around safe spaces, consistent adults and clear outcomes, so the time a young person spends with us leads somewhere.

Learn Forward

Targeted support that helps children and young people access education, stay in education and make the most of it.

Learn Forward removes the academic and practical barriers that can stand between a young person and their learning.

Help is short, focused and goal-led. Study skills are taught alongside, learners keep the resources, and workshops are open to parents and carers who want to support learning at home.

Focuses on

  • Tutoring
  • Learning essentials
  • Uniform support
  • School trips

Purpose Bound

A 12-week, cohort-based personal development programme helping young people build confidence, understand who they are and work out what comes next.

For young people who have been told they can’t. Alongside a small group of peers, they explore who they are through workshops, creative projects and mentoring.

Over 12 weekly sessions, the same small team of mentors stays with the group as it moves from “who am I?” to finding a voice, exploring what’s possible and leaving with a plan they own.

Focuses on

  • Identity
  • Confidence
  • Purpose & goals

Her Worth

A girls-only space to question the pressures around you and decide for yourself what your worth is built on.

Her Worth helps teenage girls separate their worth from appearance, popularity, relationships and approval, while building boundaries, ambition and voice.

Over 10 weekly sessions with a small group and consistent female mentors, girls explore comparison, social media, friendships and what they want from the future. Nobody is lectured, and nobody has to share anything personal.

Focuses on

  • Self-worth
  • Boundaries
  • Critical thinking
  • Ambition & voice

Ambition in Action

A youth enterprise programme where young people set up a real project or small social enterprise.

Teams of three or four spot an opportunity, plan and cost their idea, pitch to a supportive panel for seed funding, launch it for real and measure the results.

Over 10 weekly sessions, young people learn planning, budgeting, pricing, teamwork and pitching by doing, with adults alongside to keep things safe but never taking over.

Focuses on

  • Enterprise
  • Planning & budgeting
  • Pitching
  • Community impact

Next Move

Practical support that helps young people access work, training and the opportunities that come next.

Young people gain real experience and practical skills to move into jobs, apprenticeships and training.

Over eight weekly sessions, young people build a CV, practise interviews, meet real employers and leave with a concrete next action.

Focuses on

  • Workplace visits
  • CVs & applications
  • Interview skills
  • Routes into work & training
